Join us for a delicious evening with Ottolenghi protégé Ixta Belfrageto celebrate the launch of her first solo cookbook.
MEZCLA: Recipes to Excite is packed with 100 bold, impactful recipes inspired by Ixta’s love of Italy, Brazil, Mexico and beyond.
The book is divided into simpler recipes (for when you need something great on the table, fast) and longer recipes (for when you have time to slow and savour the process), and includes flavourful recipes, such as Giant Cheese on Toast with Urfa Butter and Chiles Rellenos with Salsa Roja Risotto.
Ixta will also be treating us to a cooking demonstration, with some yummy samples to tempt your tastebuds!
