Sasha Bates is an author, psychotherapist and yoga teacher who believes passionately in the transformative power of yoga.
After the unexpected death of her husband, Sasha found yoga helped her make sense of her grief and played a large part in her healing process.
“Yoga is for everyone – whether you can touch your toes or fit into lycra leggings is completely irrelevant, it’s about learning how to make contact with yourself in a kinder, more understanding way”.
The evening will begin with a short talk from Sasha, followed by a gentle yoga class for approximately 40 minutes.
If possible we kindly ask that your bring along your own yoga / exercise mat, however we will have a small number avialable to use on the night.
